NOZZLE INSTALLATION 1、Due to the flow characteristics of the Agri-Jet nozzles you can mount all nozzles on the same size supply line as the inlet pipe size of the nozzle.For example, if your nozzle has a 1/2”FNPT inlet then you need only a1/2" supply line. 2 、The standard mounting height is 36”above ground. They can be mounted above and below this height if necessary. 3 、All application chart information is based on a mounting height of 36"above ground. 4、 lt is recommended that a quick acting control valve be installed beforethe tip, to make application and control effortless. 5 、To change the spray pattern from a 180° to 90° you need to exchange the location of the discs. Keep in mind that the disc that is mounted onthe bottom dictates the type of spray pattern, the top disc only acts asa retainer until you need to change the pattern again. By mounting the180° disc pictured below face down on the body and then mountingthe 90° disc face down the top of the 180° disc and reinstalling the 2screws, your spray pattern would be 180°.Just reverse the operation toobtain a 90° spray pattern.
