Newport NZD die-cast zinc lever and wrought brass rose. Non-handed. 1-3/4-inches to 2-inches standard door thickness. Steel, zinc dichromated lock chassis for corrosion resistance. 2-3/4-inches standard backset. Stainless steel latch bolt, 1/2-inches throw. Auxiliary latch bolt: deadlocking latch bolt prevents manipulation when door is closed. Wrought brass, bronze, or stainless steel, 2-1/4-inches by 1-1/8-inches. Accommodates flat doors and doors beveled 1/8-inches in 2-inches. Cylinder: brass, 6-pin l4 keyway, 0-bitted standard. Two nickel silver standard key. Certification/compliance: ANSI meets A156.2 series 4000, Grade 1; meets A117.1 accessibility code. Federal: meets FF-H-106C. Deadlocking latch bolt by key in outside lever or by rotating inside lever. (Lever handle is freewheeling in locked position). Inside lever always free.
