Made from 440C stainless steel, this skinning blade has been cryogenically tempered at -305F, removing austenite from the 440 Stainless Steel, improving its strength and edge holding ability.
- Made from 440C stainless steel, and cryogenically tempered with liquid nitrogen at -305F, slightly hardening the steel and greatly enhancing its edge holding ability
- Hollow ground blade is polished to a satin finish with a beveled spine
- Overall length is 7-5/8", blade is 3-1/4", tang is 4" long, 1-1/8" wide, and 1/8" thick
- Countoured tang features guard space that is 9/32" wide and 5/16" deep, with six holes for 1/16" pins and one hole for a 1/4" lanyard tube
- Heat treated to 58 HRC
