This slider amp control switch is used to replace the pedal and control amps incrementally. It also is designed to start the arc. In units with with separate 2T, 4T and Pedal Control settings, it is used in the "Pedal Mode". This unit will fit all newer, digital "green button" units with foot pedal capability. Is not designed to fit older, non-digital units.

  • SLIDER CONTROLS AMPERAGE AND ARC START: Controls amps and initiates arc by sliding the switch; replaces the foot pedal with manual, incremental amp adjustment.
  • COMPATIBLE WITH NEWER DIGITAL UNITS: Specifically designed for Everlast "Green Button" digital TIG-capable units; not compatible with older non-digital models.
  • CONTINUOUS VARIABLE AMP CONTROL: Provides precise, real-time control of welding amperage, ideal for users who prefer hand control over foot pedals.
  • OPERATES IN PEDAL MODE: Functions properly in the “Pedal” setting of units equipped with 2T, 4T, and Pedal Control options.
  • DESIGNED FOR EASY ARC STARTING: Arc start is triggered directly through the slider, allowing for smooth operation and quick engagement during TIG welding.
