The DUCK ON CALL Headquarters is the operations center for Ducklas, Freddy Fire, Polly Police and Mikey Medic. If there is an emergency in Playmoville, the four heroes are immediately on the spot! As soon as the alarm sounds, Freddy quickly zooms down the freefall slide and is ready to go. Polly takes the functioning elevator, operated by a retractable crank, up to the helipad and jumps into her police helicopter with working emergency lights and sound. Inside the secret command center's small tower, Mikey helps assign the urgent duties to each of member of the squad. After a successful mission, the team relaxes on the playground with swings near the pond. Unnoticed by the others, Ducklas quickly hides his toys in the secret hiding place.
